Review | The New York Manhattan Hotel

We had a terrific time in new york and would go back again.

First of all the location was good as it was in the centre of Manhattan so other sights were not too far away, the room was a good size and clean. The bed was huge and had a memory foam mattress topper on it which was very comfortable. The bathroom had liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo available and clean towels every day( although a little unnecessary as they were only used once ) Hot water was always available. A very comfortable room. The Wi-Fi stayed connected so that was a plus.

Rooftop bar was beautiful

Great location and the rooftop bar was beautiful, right next door to the Empire State and a short walk to Macy’s.

Great hotel

Wonderful. Staff great, rooms good size, beds comfortable. Came with whole family, 3 children under 9, rooms average size, but able to keep stroller up and still move around room. Staff very helpful. Had issue with safe and came up immediately to look at it.

Lower-Cost Hotel That Does Not Skimp On Quality

I was very impressed by my stay at nyma! The staff were kind and helpful, the room was in good condition, and my stay was wonderful all around. The location is extremely close to major tourist areas, and also in the vicinity of the event I was attending, which was very convenient.

Great Location

The hotel is a great location, near everything that I wanted to see in New York. The place is clean and safe the staff is very friendly and I was impressed by the doorman, they were always friendly with a smile. The rooms are kept clean. I loved my stay.

Superb!

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and CONVENIENT, we will not stay anywhere else in the city. We visit 1-2 yearly and NYMA is awesome.. breakfast is great as well. The hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Having a king size bed is very nice!
